The Aristocrat Ascendency is the strongest pick for the Attribute-stacking Builds, which is also one of the most effective ways of obtaining lots of power for your character via a variety of Items. The Aristocrat bonuses are simple, yet insanely effective. The most important Notable is the Dreadful Attitude, which grants you 8% increased Damage per 5 of your lowest Attribute. Reaching 1000 of each Attribute is very easy to do, and with higher investment, you can push it above 1500. It translates to at least 1600% increased generic Damage, which is as absurd as it sounds. The Aristocrat also grants you 9 Passive Points and increases two of your Attributes by 40%, reaching those numbers much more easily.
To get the most out of your Attributes, you will need a handful of unique Items. Your base Damage comes from a pair of Rare Stormrider Boots, which grants Lightning Damage based on your Accuracy Rating. The Foulborn Hand of Thought and Motion grants even more base Damage, but also improves your Accuracy Rating through Intelligence. On the other hand, the Foulborn Dreamfeather improves your Attack Speed, also based on your Accuracy Rating, although on a lower budget, wielding two Claws works perfectly fine as well. To gain the Accuracy Rating, you will use the Shaper's Touch Gloves, which also improve your Evasion and Energy Shield. You will also get a lot of Accuracy straight from your Dexterity.
Your defense comes from very high Evasion and Energy Shield, but you will also Suppress all Spells and Block most Attacks. You can get plenty of Damage Reduction through Fortify, a special modifier on your Body Armour, and the Flesh and Stone Aura.
This Setup can use virtually any Attacks in the game, as long as they are usable with Claws and Swords. The Viper Strike of the Mamba is currently the strongest Strike Skill while Dual-wielding, as it Hits with both Weapons at once, but you can also opt for Clear-speed focused Skills such as Reave or Lightning Strike. You should also use the General's Cry Setup to create Clones that fully channel the Blade Flurry during their short lifespan to supplement your Damage against Bosses.

1. Gameplay
Use Viper Strike of the Mamba to defeat most Enemies. Against Bosses, use the Desecrate twice to create Corpses for your General's Cry. The Corpses are not consumed and will remain for the full duration of the fight. You should also use the Punishment Curse once your Enemy drops below 50% of their maximum Life and Enrage.

3. Leveling tips
We recommend starting as a Classic Melee Duelist leveling method. It's a proven method that fits any archetype. You can also pick the Hollow Palm Technique via One with Nothing Jewel, which streamlines the leveling process even more by simply stacking lots of Dexterity, which, as you know by now, the Aristocrat Ascendency will greatly benefit.
Bandits:
Picking the Alira Bandit makes stacking Attributes easier and cheaper, but later on, it should be replaced with the additional Passive Point.
4. Final Skill Tree, Ascendancy Points, and Pantheon
Final Skill Tree:
120 Points Final Skill Tree (doesn't include Cluster or Unique Jewels)
120 Points Path of Building (PoB) link
Ascendancy points:
Preferably in that order:
- Inherited Fortune
- Private Tuition
- Dreadful Attitude
- Illicit Gains
Pantheon:
Major God: Soul of Arakaali: 10% reduced Damage taken from Damage Over Time; Debuffs on you expire 20% faster
Minor God: Soul of Ralakesh: 25% reduced Physical Damage over Time taken while moving

5. Gear Setup
This Setup does not work without specific Unique Items and Rare Boots. Once you acquire them, your only goal is to get as much Attributes as possible. You want them somewhat balanced, although Intelligence is more important than Strength or Dexterity, as it also improves your defense. You will obviously still need to cap your Elemental Resistances, but you won't need Chaos Resistance nor Suppression Chance. You will greatly improve your Energy Shield and Evasion Rating, but you have only a few Armour piece slots to acquire them.
