Kinetic Fussilade is a Wand Skill that creates a hovering Projectile above you that fires when its Duration ends, gaining More Damage for each Projectile fired in a sequence. You can remove the delay by reducing the Skill Duration and matching your Attack Time slightly below that. Optimizing the exact balance involves your Attack Speed, temporary Buffs, Skill Duration, and the number of Projectiles. You will use a lot of Unique Items, making it very easy to set up.
Your Damage comes from the Unique Eclipse Solaris Wand that adds tons of Fire Damage to your Attacks based on your Light Radius. Unlike other similar Weapons, you can wield two of them at the same time to double those bonuses. To improve your Damage further, you will use Enmity's Embrace to gain up to 200% Fire Penetration.
This Unique Setup provides a massive amount of Damage, so your main priority is getting enough defense. You can quite easily rach 100% Suppression against Spells, but protection against Attacks is a bit harder to get. Our recommendation is a mix of Block Chance and Evasion. The Totem playstyle is also very safe by itself, as you can freely dodge incoming threats while your Totems deal Damage.
1. Gameplay
Place your Totems ahead of you; they will do all the work for you. For movement, use nearly instant Lightning Warp. To amp your Damage against Bosses, use Frenzy to gain Charges, apply Sniper's Mark, and spawn Tornados all at the same time. You can also use self-repairing Spectres to gain free Anger Aura for a few seconds.

3. Leveling tips
You can start using your final Setup right from level 12. At first, you will have to play around with the delay, which requires a Less Duration Support Gem and specific Notables on the Passive Tree to be removed. Your Endgame Weapons can be equipped at level 35.
Bandits:
Kill all Bandits to earn 1 additional Passive Point.
4. Final Skill Tree, Ascendancy Points, and Pantheon
Final Skill Tree:
96 Points Final Skill Tree (doesn't include Cluster or Unique Jewels)
118 Points Path of Building (PoB) link
Ascendancy points:
Preferably in that order:
- Pursuit of Faith
- Ritual of Awakening
- Conviction of Power
- Huntleader (Farrul Bloodline)
Pantheon:
Major God: Soul of the Brine King: You cannot be Stunned if you've been Stunned or Blocked a Stunning Hit in the past 2 seconds
Minor God: Soul of Abberath: 60% less Duration of Ignite on You; 10% increased Movement Speed while on Burning Ground, Unaffected by Burning Ground

5. Gear Setup
The gearing is absurdly straightforward, as you will wear almost exclusively Unique Items. The remaining Rare pieces are very basic too - all you will need is maximum Life, Suppression, and Resistance. For bases, you should aim for Evasion Rating and Energy Shield. This leaves you with very little room for optimisation - it can be done mostly by getting useful Corruption outcomes and getting the correct rolls on the Uniques. As always, you can sacrifice some defense for the sake of better DPS, but in this Setup, it is hardly needed. Use Tattoos to gain even more Fire Resistance and Blind Enemies on Hit.

Stat priorities on items:
(Helmet) The Hallowed Monarch - this Helmet offers a very important modifier - the massive amount of Light Radius. It also greatly boosts your Elemental Resistances. |
| (150-230)% increased Armour +(25-35)% to all Elemental Resistances 50% increased Light Radius Link Skills can target Damageable Minions Your Linked Minions take (75-65)% less Damage On Killing a Rare monster, a random Linked Minion gains its Modifiers for 60 seconds |
(Body Armour) Skin of the Loyal - with this Armour, getting 200% overcapped Fire Resistance is not that hard. Extra Quality can be good too, but correct Socket Colours can be tricky to get. |
| Sockets cannot be modified +1 to Level of Socketed Gems 100% increased Global Defences Foulborn modifiers: 50% increased Elemental and Chaos Resistances +20% to Quality of Socketed Gems |
(Weapon) Eclipse Solaris - aim for the highest Critical Strike Chance and slowest Attack Speed. You should Corrupt it to get even higher base Crit Chance. The extra Fire Damage is not tied to Attack with this Weapon, so you can wield two of them to double this bonus. |
| Adds (30-45) to (60-80) Fire Damage (20-26)% increased Attack Speed +(27-33)% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier (15-20)% increased Light Radius Nearby Enemies are Blinded (120-140)% increased Critical Strike Chance against Blinded Enemies Adds 2 to 5 Fire Damage to Attacks for every 1% your Light Radius is above base value |
(Gloves) Rare Gloves - look for Fire and Chaos Resistance, ideally with Spell Suppression and maximum Life on top of that. You might need to get some Accuracy here as well. |
| Min. requirements: +100 to maximum Life 70% total Elemental and Chaos Resistance Optional affixes: Accuracy Rating +#% chance to Suppress Spell Damage |
(Boots) Rare Boots - your Boots are very similar, but they should also provide Movement Speed. Optionally, they can help you with avoiding Bleeding Damage. |
| Min. requirements: +100 to maximum Life 70% total Elemental and Chaos Resistance +30% increased Movement Speed Optional affixes: +#% chance to Suppress Spell Damage % chance to Avoid Bleeding |
(Belt) Rare Belt - the Cord Belt is the new best base for your Belts. It allows you to get one additional Anoint. In our case, it allows you to pick the Surveillance Notable and save a lot of Passives. |
| Min. requirements: +100 to maximum Life 70% total Elemental and Chaos Resistance Optional affixes: % increased Flask Charges gained % increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills % increased maximum Life (Hunter Influence) |
(Amulet) Warped Timepiece - look for the highest Duration reduction paired with the lowest Attack Speed bonus. You can anoint the Hasty Demise to scale your Duration lower, or pick the Blade Barrier for a great amount of Block Chance. |
| +(16-24) to Dexterity and Intelligence (10-25)% increased Attack Speed (10-25)% increased Cast Speed (10-15)% increased Movement Speed (20-10)% reduced Skill Effect Duration Debuffs on you expire 100% faster |
| Recommended Anointments: Hasty Demise Blade Barrier |
(Ring) Enmity's Embrace - grants you a massive amount of Fire Penetration by stacking lots of Fire Resistance. It lowers your Fire Resistance, making it harder to reach that goal. |
| (5-7)% increased maximum Life +(30-50) to Strength (10-20)% increased Fire Damage (75-65)% reduced Fire Resistance Take (300-500) Fire Damage when you Use a Skill Damage Penetrates Fire Resistance equal to your Overcapped Fire Resistance, up to a maximum of 200% |
(Ring) Lori's Lantern - another very valuable source of Light Radius, which means more base Fire Damage for your Wands. It also provides plenty of Elemental Resistances. |
| +(8-10)% to all Elemental Resistances +10% to all Elemental Resistances (6-8)% increased Movement Speed when on Low Life 31% increased Light Radius +(20-25)% to Chaos Resistance when on Low Life Damage of Enemies Hitting you is Unlucky while you are on Low Life |
(Jewel) Impossible Escape - if you get a variant for the Blood Magic Keystone, you will be able to pick a very valuable source of Block Chance and Damage. |
| Passives in Radius of <random Keystone> can be Allocated without being connected to your tree Passage |
(Jewel) Lethal Pride - this Jewel can grant you tons of Fire Resistance, which is rarely sought after. You can also mix up the Double Damage chance in there. |
| Commanded leadership over (10000-18000) warriors under (Akoya-Kaom-Rakiata) Passives in radius are Conquered by the Karui Historic |
(Jewel) Rain of Splinters - slightly lowers your Damage, but provides 2 extra Projectiles, which is much more valuable. |
| (50-30)% reduced Totem Damage Totems fire 2 additional Projectiles |
(Jewel) Watcher's Eye - Anger and Precision can greatly improve your Attack Damage and Critical Strike Multiplier. Bonuses for Purity of Elements are also great, but usually expensive. |
| (4-6)% increased maximum Energy Shield (4-6)% increased maximum Life (4-6)% increased maximum Mana <Two or Three random aura modifiers> |
(Flask) Bottled Faith - grants tons of Crit Chance and Damage against challenging foes. The Life Regeneration is also useful to have. You can use a regular Diamond Flask at first. |
| Creates Consecrated Ground on Use (30-15)% reduced Duration Consecrated Ground created by this Flask has Tripled Radius Consecrated Ground created during Effect applies (7-10)% increased Damage taken to Enemies (100-150)% increased Critical Strike Chance against Enemies on Consecrated Ground during Effect |
